GGT Social Enterprise participant joins World Food Expo

GirlsGotThis

Miss Jude Jess Rodriguez, one of the dedicated young woman Social Enterprise participants from Sambag 1, attended the Artisan Pastries Hands-on Workshop by SensoryEx during the World Food Expo last May 22, 2022.

During the workshop, Miss Jude Jess, together with other participants, was personally taught by Chef Pamela Relampagos, the owner of Donutello Donut, how to bake Puff Pastry, Orange Almond Tableya Buscottis, and Pretzels. Our young woman-participant expressed that it was her first time baking but she was more excited than nervous. When asked about her experience, she said that she enjoyed it 101%.

We look forward to seeing Miss Jude Jess showcase her new skills in baking and create beautiful pastries in her community.
